MONOLOG is an ‘electro-acoustic mimo-drama’ based on the monologue
from Euripides’ Medea. As her children sleep inside Jason’s house, their toys scattered on
the floor outside, Medea paces back and forth, knife in hand, struggling with her conscience: to kill or not to kill?

« In MONOLOG I wanted to explore just one thing: inner conflict. I have
focused on just Medea’s monologue. I wanted to know where her words
came from. So I turned Medea ‘inside out’. I have attempted to show
those dark thoughts forming. The result is not so much a story but an
escalating mood »
